Qualifications:

Key responsibilities:

Requirements:
We are looking for young dynamic and enthusiastic youngsters to join our sales organisation. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of relationship selling experience, preferably in the service and hospitality industry.
Airline sales experience is not mandatory. Candidate should have worked in an aggressive competitive environment and should have proven abilities of achieving targets over at least 2 sales cycles. The position is transferable anywhere in India at short notice. He/She should have excellent PC skills with specific emphasis on excel and powerpoint.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Key responsibilities:
To coordinate and manage a variety of services of the First Class lounge, designed to provide the best of guest experiences.
Supervises day-to-day travel requirements of Kingfisher First/VIP/CIP guests; oversees travel itinerary, monitors specific travel arrangements and handles related details.
Supervises development and implementation of new Guest Relations programs as assigned under the direction and supervision of the Management.
Ensures that lounge service providers are properly informed and prepared for daily activities, coordinates ordering, maintenance and distribution of appropriate supplies.
Ensures service to guest is of high quality, involvement in guest response system via mail, telephone or in person.
Provides value added service to guests such as gifts on birthdays/ anniversaries or personal visits during any service recovery assignment.
Participates in service recovery, and ensures progress is appropriately monitored and on target.
Improves performance and enhances guest experience through continuous interaction and involvement.
Coordinates, plans and advises on matters relating to guest flow, queuing and counter staffing to the Airport Manager.
